Hi finlan,
about the sky for these two pictures I worked on blue as if I used an orange filter to make it darker. Because of temperature of color and scales of blue in the sky, it makes some halo... No less, no more... :hat:

Otherwise, I put some artificial halos on the ground in the shadows to emphasize 3D looking.. :cheers:

Contrast was enormous in this picture, and Pentax K-1 did it very well but I had to work a little bit to make it... $:\m/:$

no it's not me but my cousin (our grandmother is alsacian, his father is the brother of my mother)... I can't give you a photo of me since I have the camera in my hand... :d&w:

I still like your pictures very much. The photos from Spain are great shots with superb contrast and style! Finlans words of "creamy but sharp" are the right desciption.
And your lame excuse of being behind the camera is the same excuse I use

...
