Surely not! I especially like the mood of the pictures with table and glasses and the portrait of a chess player. Great! But all the other pictures I like too. Some of them are interesting because of the performance of the lenses, some of them touch me. So please don`t stop sharing your pictures! And you ought to be tolerant to my limited English.

Hi Markus, you're kidding me! I am ashamed not to be able to write in german. But I can insure you that all my lenses work on Pentax K-1.
I am not sure that Leica-R 35/1.4, Leica-R 50/1.4 E60, Leica-R 21-35/3.5-4, Leica-R 19/2.8(II) can make it...

Damn.... i really begin to envy you But, in a good way - just wish i could make it to capture similar mood as you do in your pictures. I don't have a clue if those wonderful lenses are needed or not - i just enjoy what i see here. So, yep - pls keep going

I neither do realy know. But when I bought Leica Summilux-R 80/1.4 to replace my Nikon gear in 90's, I knew I would keep on shooting with Leica-R lenses. These lenses were the best at that time in matter of B&W rendering. Besides, these ones are very expensive to buy and I can't afford to buy new ones. So I keep them...
Pentax K-1 RAW files require me more work to reach what I look for, compared to EOS 6D Raw files, but it worths every "penny" I invested in.

For the little story, Charlotte is my cousin Pierre's daughter. She is half french and half german by her mother. She speaks as her two older brothers perfectly german of course. My mother Monique and my cousin Pierre's father, Michel were sister and brother. My grandfather Henri was born in 1893. He made First World War in the tranchées as a capitan. He became the president of veterans of the FWW.
When german invaded France in 1939, he was at that time notary and mayor of Chateau-Thierry. German took his house as the HeadQuarter of german officers. My grandfather died in 1942 in an accident...
My alsacian grandmother died in 1983, my uncle Michel in 1988 and my parents in 2010. The day of the photo is the day of the burrial of my aunt, Pierre's mother. Burrials are always sad, aren't they? But it is also a time for getting together with family. I decided to take some photos of my family in the same café where we meet each other whenever one of our parents passes away. Also because it is the last time we meet here since we won't be burried in this town for all of us, survivors. A historical page has been turned. Thank you for reading.

one with Leica Summicron-R 35/2 often considered as bad.. But not on Pentax K-1 sensor! No trick at processing RAW with DxO...
