Ich finde die #5 hat was. Gefällt mir.

Die #3 und #4 sind wie aus dem Flugzeug.

Hmm... Die Troposphäre geht bis 8-12km, zumindest habe ich das so aus Schulzeiten noch in Erinnerung. Gehen solche Wolken über die Troposphäre hinaus? 6000m sind 50-75% der Troposphäre.

Wikipedia meint Troposphäre 8-18km, 90% des Wasserdampfes der Erde.

Und: Cumulus congestus bis 6km hoch. Hast du das dort her?
