Hi Martin,....hab' mal vielen Dank für die ausführlichen Blendenreihen!!!

Sehr gut ist natürlich das Unschärfeverhalten zu sehen in Verbindung von Maßstab (Motivabstand - Brennweite) ,und verwendeter Blende.
Es ist klar daß das die größte Auswirkung auf den Bildeindruck hat,...gilt so ja für jedes Objektiv,...daß mal nur allgemeinen betrachtet.

Speziell auf das Irix bezogen würde ich sagen,...wie zu erwarten für ein auf Schärfe und Fehlerfreiheit konzipiertes Macroobjektiv .
Bei Bildern in denen der HG nicht völlig von der Brennweite und dem Abbildungsmaßstab "weggeschossen" wird,ist im HG auch noch Kontrast vorhanden,
was je nach HG zu mehr oder weniger "Rauhigkeit" im Bild führt,...klassische Portrait Linsen sind hier Weicher,...dafür aber im Fokus auch meistens schlechter

So gesehen sieht das für mich normal aus in Forumsgröße,...und alles soweit OK.

Wie in Deinen Blenden- und Motivabstands Reihen gut zu sehen ist,...ist die Wahl des Motivabstandes und des jeweiligen Hintergrunds sehr viel wichtiger
für ein schönes Bild, als erstmal die Abbildungsqualitäten des verwendeten Objektives.
Das Irix macht hier jedoch einen sehr guten Eindruck für mich.

...noch ne kleine persöhnlich Bemerkung....
Mein persöhnlicher Eindruck zu den letzten Bildern allgemein ist, daß ich sie zu knapp Belichtet finde.In Verbindung mit den höheren Isos erscheinen
die dunklen Bereiche in den Bilder doch sehr grob für mich.Ich glaube Du hattest nach rechts im Histogramm noch ordendlich Headroom
Ich würde bei diesen aktuellen Bildern auf jeden Fall die Lichter deutlich anheben (achte dabei auf die Hährchen am Stengel,die dürfen durchaus strahlen!),
und noch etwas Licht in die Bilder lassen,...was auch die Rauhigkeit in den dunklen Stellen etwas raus nimmt.
Wie gesagt Martin,...ist nur meine ganz persöhnliche Vorstellung ohne Anspruch auf Weltreligion
